Simkar Group Limited is a real estate company based in Westlands, Nairobi, Kenya. The company was founded in October 2010. It has a wide range of clientele, ranging from individual private and corporate investors to major developers, owners and occupiers. We fulfil a wide range of real estate needs, including sale and rental of both residential and commercial property, property management and agency services. We also facilitate land/plot leasing and sale services to both local and foreign clients.
